Brian has been a life long Mets fan having caught the bug in the 1984 season when he was captivated by the electricity coming from Queens abuzz from rookie phenom Dwight Gooden. You can read more about his journey in his post “How it all started.”
Brian has been professionally blogging for years and recently decided to expand his blog network to cover his baseball passion. Truth is his wife and friends got tired of hearing about it all the time and claimed he was polluting Facebook so he decided to create a dedicated platform from which to talk about his Mets.
He quickly decided to invite some of his friends to help him knowing full well how badly Mets fans needed to be provided a place to vent about their team.
His love for the Mets is due in large part to his older sister who got him hooked way back in 1985. His favorite All-Time Mets are Straw and Doc. Despite living out of market for most of the year, he’s back on Long Island for the summer and goes to more games then most Mets fans watch on TV.
Eddie is a PE teacher and baseball and basketball coach in Las Vegas. He spends his summer on Long Island for one major reason: to get to Queens.
